From 11th to the 14th July, Vollmer UK is planning on taking 50 engineers to Germany to attend its 'PCD Days' event. This event invite is open to manufacturers from all companies that have a desire to improve their knowledge of processing PCD tooling.
Primarily aimed at cutting tool manufacturers, aerospace and F1 OEMs that have a distinct interest in the latest technological trends in the cutting tool industry, the trip to Biberach will be an educational opportunity for manufacturers that are producing and using PCD tooling.
The three day event will include presentations from industry leading manufacturers on subjects such as brazing applications & technology, balancing and inspection equipment, measurement technology and the future trends in the cutting tool sector plus a presentation on Vollmer's latest drill processing and polishing functions. This packed itinerary will be completed with a tour of the Vollmer manufacturing facility, so delegates can see first-hand the quality behind the brand.
As well as an itinerary jam packed with educational information, the trip will also have an attractive programme of social events that will end with a tour to the Mercedes Museum in Stuttgart.
