ITC Announces New Distribution Agreements

The relentless growth and consequent market reach of Industrial Tooling Corporation (ITC) has seen an extension of its product portfolio over the last 12 months. Adding to this impressive armoury, ITC is now pleased to announce that it is officially the new UK re-seller for the BIG Daishowa Seiki line of toolholders and also the KAISER brand of high precision boring tools.

The BIG Daishowa brand is the market leader in Japan and it is a name synonymous with high quality precision toolholders that lead the market in clamping forces, concentricity and the consequent enhancement of tool life. This range is complemented by the BIG line of indexable insert tooling that is remarkably diverse and caters for a range of milling, turning and boring applications, BIG Daishowa has enjoyed a longstanding partnership with the high end Swiss boring specialist KAISER. As the UK's leading carbide tooling specialist, ITC is relishing the opportunity to offer both brands to the marketplace.

The addition of two new brands to the ITC stable has been formed as the result of a longstanding partnership between the BIG Daishowa and the KAISER companies. This relationship sees KAISER use its sales network in Europe to support the BIG product line whilst KAISER products are sold in Asia through the Big Daishowa network.

As for product lines, the latest BIG Daishowa catalogue has over 150 pages of product that includes micro, hydraulic and shrink fit chucks and collets for gripping cutting tools as well as an extensive range of Capto and HSK toolholders, angled cutting heads and arbors. With regard to the KAISER range of boring tools, its catalogue presents everything from boring tools and holders with a precision level of one micron through to large boring tools for bores up to 3m diameter.
