ITC Cuts a Fine Form at MACH

Industrial Tooling Corporation (ITC) has always enjoyed an exceptional level of success at MACH exhibitions, however the recent 2014 event surpassed all the company's expectations. Not only did MACH deliver a record number of strong sales leads, the event also yielded a high level of business from new customers.
This new business arrived from manufacturers aiming to identify a solution to a specific issue more than ever before. However, as always, the reputation of ITC precedes the company and a high number of enquiries arrived from manufacturers looking to improve productivity, tool life and the quality of their components through innovative tooling solutions.

The surge in interest at MACH is not just a growing level of market confidence, as ITC's Managing Director Mr Peter Graves comments: "We are very pleased with the early indications from MACH. The upturn in demand for our products has been ongoing for some time with the company noting record results over the first quarter of 2014. Coinciding with the growth in the manufacturing sector, at ITC we can attribute our growth levels to the new products developed by our R&D team and recently introduced to the market. This has noted a significant number of new products launched in our latest product catalogue for 2014. Furthermore, we have extended our range with the recent addition of the Micro 100 line of precision boring tools for the turned parts sector. This perfectly complements the Widia Hanita line of VariDrill and VariTap drilling and threading lines that we have added to the renowned VariMill range of end mills. Combining these new additions with the latest Air Turbine tools as well as our latest line of UK designed and manufactured end mills, it puts ITC in a great position as we move forward."

Among the new products that were introduced at MACH, ITC generated considerable enquiry levels for its new aluminium milling line. The new additions include the new 3091 Cyber Series of 3 flute end mills, specifically developed for highly productive machining of aluminium. This was complemented at MACH by the new 3051 Series of long length end mills and the 2172 Series of two flute ball nosed cutters that have all been brought to market with the aim of enhancing productivity and tool life when cutting aluminium.

With the machining of hard steels and exotic materials increasingly commonplace, MACH was the exhibition debut for the new 4032 Series of ball nosed end mills for profiling and also the 6061 line of multi-flute end mills. With both series manufactured from an ultra wear resistant micro-grain carbide that is Cupro coated; the machining of materials beyond 60HRc is no longer a difficult task. These new offerings generated remarkable interest levels from the aerospace and F1 sectors at MACH, as did the new 9001 Series of multi-flute routers for cutting graphite, glass and carbon fibre For further details on our new any of our new product lines ,contact your local sales engineer on Tel: 01827 304500.
