ITC Keeps the Innovations Rolling with New Product Catalogue
2 February 2015
Cutting Tool specialist Industrial Tooling Corporation (ITC) has now published its new 2015 product catalogue that introduces a number of new high quality cutting tool innovations as well as extensions to existing ranges. The latest catalogue, Issue 11 has a new design that enables customers to identify the correct tool for their application with ease.
The 2015 edition includes all the most popular tooling lines with new additions including an uncoated 4061 and 4081 Cyber Series of four flute solid carbide end mills for general purpose cutting and steel machining. In line with customer feedback, the Tamworth manufacturer has also enlarged its already extensive range of PCD tools for highly productive machining of abrasive materials and aerospace alloys.
In addition to these new innovations, ITC has further developed some of its most popular milling tools from the Cyber Series stable to give manufacturers more choice with regard to the radii available. This includes extensions to its 4121 and 4072 diamond coated square and ball nosed end mills and also the two fluted 2071 and 2072 square and ball nose cutters for graphite machining.
The 204 page catalogue includes a section dedicated to the high performance Widia line of solid carbide end mills and drills. For customers searching for a high precision range of boring tools and associated toolholders for turning and machining centres, ITC has added pages to incorporate the new Micro 100 series of single point micro tools. As if the latest catalogue didn't already have enough new offerings, ITC also has a vast selection of toolholders, modular tooling systems and indexible insert milling and turning products available with an announcement to be made soon.
