Kerf Cuts A Clean Profile at MACH 2014

For visitors to MACH 2014 who are looking to invest in laser cutting and profiling technology, Kerf Developments will be serving up an alternate solution using Burny Kaliburn’s proprietary UltraSharp™ technology.

At MACH, Kerf Developments will exhibit the RUR2000 model with the Kaliburn Spirit® II Fineline™ high definition plasma cutting technology system with UltraSharp™ technology on stand 4324. The machine is capable of cutting faster than with a laser on thick materials; Kerf will be demonstrating the potential of the RUR range with samples to demonstrate the edge quality and thickness of material that can be cut.

Designed and manufactured for customers with a high production demand, the RUR incorporates a rigid frame design that is ultrasonically stress relieved and manufactured to highly accurate tolerances to provide remarkable performance.

On the stand at the UK's showpiece event, Kerf will be introducing cost effective packages for the RUR machines with cutting table dimensions of 3m by 1.5m, 4m by 2m and 6m by 2m. The bundle packages will include the RUR high definition cutting machine, the Kaliburn plasma unit and the Kemper fume extraction table. Additional options for advanced CAD/CAM and nesting solutions as well as a number of fume extraction solutions will be shown.
