Whereas most barfeeds can take up 30 minutes to change from one diameter to the next, the innovative new X-Files takes only 90 seconds to change over from say a 10mm bar to a 60mm bar. Many customers of Top Automazioni have taken advantage of this by doing short batch work during the day and changing over to long batch work to run lights out in the evenings. Thus improving productivity and reducing machine downtime and set-ups.

The X-Files model is capable of processing 10mm to 110mm bar & has 4 length options available 2.1, 3.2, 4.1 and 6.1m. With a feeding speed from 0 to 500mm/sec. It weighs in at a impressive 2,200 kg - 2,500kg, significantly heavier than rival machines. The X-Files range offers a remarkable feeding speed with a bar capacity that enhances the potential on unmanned or lights-out machining. Additionally, the rigid design structure guarantees that the bar is fed from a rigid location, which improves surface finishes, tool life and minimises noise and vibration.
