Part Finishing Issues? Visit Ellesco at MACH for a Consultation and Demo
10 February 2014
The Ellesco exhibition stand at MACH 2014 will mark the re-branding of the company and also be the launch-pad for the company to promote a variety of innovative new surface finishing and deburring solutions. On Stand 4510, Ellesco will be keen to emphasise the importance of high quality surface finishing and efficient deburring solutions and the added value it offers manufacturers, whether they are OEM's, Tier 1 manufacturers or subcontract machine shops.
With seven fully operational machines on its stand, Ellesco is inviting show visitors to bring their components to the show, so the company can demonstrate the efficiency, speed, reliability, cost effectiveness and the value that high quality surface finishing can provide. For high end applications, Ellesco will be showing Sugino’s line of Jet Cleaning Centres at MACH. The Sugino range of High Pressure Waterjet Deburring machines are primarily aimed at the machined component and cast part sectors. With a recent high profile UK installation, Ellesco will be keen to highlight how the installation delivered efficiency, improved productivity, reliability and cost efficiency.
Alongside the Sugino machine will be the renowned Autopulit line of polishing machines. Exclusively represented by Ellesco for over 30 years; at MACH the Autopulit machine will incorporate a robotic display to demonstrate the ability to deliver high quality with consistency through high levels of automation.
Complementing the Autopulit machine at MACH will be the Kuhlmeyer line of long belt abrasive systems for surface finishing, weld dressing and edge bevelling via manual or automated operations. At MACH, this will be demonstrated with the ZBS2, 3m bed, long belt grinding machine. The ZBS2 operates with two belts running side by side on a controlled table that can be utilised with two different finishing belts.
Ellesco’s leading supplier, Timesaver / Grindingmaster will be launching a new range of machine – the Series 1000 T&B. Following extensive development Timesavers first machine to process both sides in one pass has been launched only after proving it can match the feed speed of all Timesavers machines with efficient and class leading, consumable cost management. With an unparalleled reputation for reliability and efficiency, the launch of a new range by Timesavers / Grindingmaster is an event to be celebrated. The machine will be the first in the UK and MACH 2014 is the company’s chosen launch show.
With three Timesaver machines being showcased at MACH, Ellesco will be keen to highlight the best-selling rotary bush machine. The attraction of the rotary bush machine, is its ability to radius all edges on components from 10mm by 10mm, through to parts 1350mm wide, with remarkable efficiency. Commenting on the three Timesaver machines at MACH, Ellesco Managing Director, Mr Vincent Simonis comments: "Ellesco has been representing Timesavers for 40 years in the UK with over 2000 installations. The launch of a new range together with the 22-Series and class leading Rotary Brush, allows Ellesco to demonstrate the strengths they can offer to UK customers. As with all our machines at MACH, we are inviting customers to bring their parts to our stand for a consultation and demo on our machines."
Supporting the deburring and surface finishing product lines, Ellesco also works closely with Carter Thorne, a UK manufacturer of specialist extraction products with high quality solutions that work in harmony with the Ellesco range of deburring and surface finishing machines. In any surface finishing process, removal of any airborne particulate is not only essential for the wellbeing and health of staff ; it can also reduce downtime by extracting coolant mist and particulate from the work envelope prior to the operator conducting component changeovers. At MACH, the Ellesco stand will be highlighting the benefits of the W120/4kW wet extraction unit.
