Record Growth Levels For CNC International
16 July 2014
The strategic move by CNC International to become the sole UK agents for some of the most innovative manufacturers of EDM Die Sink and drilling EDM, Wire EDM and precision high speed machining centres has paid dividends with the company recording record levels of business.
Historically, the Ross-On-Wye machine tool specialist has been a sales, service and support operation dealing in re-furbished EDM machines. However, the bold move to enter to marketplace by supplying high quality new machine tools is reaping significant rewards. Since taking on the new agencies some 18 months ago for the Exeron range of German manufactured EDM and high speed machining centres, the Seibu line of standard and high performance wire EDM machines from Japan and the Neu-ar die sink line of EDM machines, CNC International has bolstered its position in the marketplace. In addition, the company has also added the Accutex line of wire EDM machines and the Yan Yang series of EDM drilling machines.
The results for CNC International have been little short of miraculous, as the company has taken its already excellent reputation for the supply and service of refurbished machine tools into the new machine tool market. The proof of this reputation and the quality of its new line of machine tools was recently highlighted at the company's first outing at MACH where orders for close to £1m were received with another £1.2m of business in the pipeline as a direct result of MACH.
Commenting upon the upsurge in business at CNC International’s Mr Richard Whiles comments: "We took our time to strategically select quality machine tool vendors that would enable us to enter new and niche markets, whilst offering our existing customer base a line of innovative new solutions that would make a seriously positive impact on their businesses. These new lines enable us to offer everything from cost effective solutions through to extremely high-end bespoke packages. As a result, our business is growing by upwards of 40% this year."
To maintain its reputation for impeccable levels of service, CNC International has now added a new office administrator to support the increased workload. In addition, a new service manager is currently being recruited to underpin the company's reputation for delivering its outstanding levels of service.
"Since taking on the new product lines, we have increased our customer base, strengthened our team with new additions and the forecast for the next 1-2 years looks extremely positive. Beside the positive feedback we are receiving from existing and new customers, one of the highest accolades we could receive is from competitors who are witnessing the impact of our presence in the market," concludes Mr Whiles.
