Unicut Appoints New Sales Director

Unicut Precision is delighted to announce that it has now appointed Mr Stuart Lawson as its new Sales Director. Since joining the Welwyn Garden City based company in April 2009 as the Sales Manager, Mr Lawson has been an integral part of the company and the new position is the combination of company restructuring and the delivery of exceptional success.

In 2011, Managing Director, Mr Jason Nicholson became the sole proprietor of Unicut and this has given the business new vigour and direction, as Mr Lawson comments: "We have successfully grown our sales by over 30% year on year since 2009 and this newly created position strengthens our management team as we build upon our current success. Unicut has invested heavily in new production equipment and respective technologies as well as investing in new staff and up-skilling our already highly qualified staff. With this ongoing investment level we have not only grown business with existing customers but also won significant contracts from new customers."

With over 30 years manufacturing experience Mr Lawson will be a key driver in the long term strategy of Unicut. The focus for the new management team will be to develop the business for new industry sectors and customers by promoting its ability to offer a 'complete service' that encompasses production, assembly, packaging and JIT delivery.
