Vollmer Has Perfect Vision With Zoller

As the market leading specialist in grinding and eroding machines, Vollmer UK has now strengthened its customer support and service by signing an agreement with Zoller to distribute its tool pre-setting, measuring and inspection equipment. As two of the major key suppliers to the cutting tool industry, the synergy between the two companies is apparent.

For Vollmer UK, the agreement will enable its technical staff to offer cutting tool manufacturers additional support, expertise and ultimately products for the processing of their cutting tools; providing an even more comprehensive package for our customer and potential customer base.

The Zoller Smile machine is an 'entry level' unit that is a professional introduction to tool pre-setting. This unit is simple to operate, equipped with all standard measuring functions at an attractive price. The Smile universal tool pre-setter and measuring machine has been designed specifically for measuring tools for manufacturing production.

Like the entry level Smile machine, the Zoller Venturion is also a vertical pre-setting and measuring machine, yet it offers a modular configuration to meet the specific needs of the individual user. The Venturion combines outstanding human engineering with maximum flexibility and precision.
